Pay: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigerant, airflow, and control-related issues
- Perform maintenance inspections and identify potential concerns before they become major repairs
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Educate customers on equipment operation, maintenance plans, repair options, and system replacement opportunities when appropriate
- Collect payments and complete all required job documentation accurately
- Maintain truck inventory, tools, and company equipment
- Work closely with dispatch and office staff to provide a five-star customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent Arthur Heating & Air with integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience required
- Current EPA Certification required
- Texas TDLR Registration required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily workload
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders, crawl through attics, and work in confined spaces
- Ability to work outdoors in Texas heat and varying weather conditions
- Frequent bending, kneeling, crouching, and standing
- Ability to safely perform all essential job functions of a residential HVAC technician
